They are designed to store humidity-sensitive samples, products, and electronics in a clean, dry, and electrostatically safe, oxygen-free environment. When used with a nitrogen purge control unit or inert gas purging, you can control relative humidity and oxygen levels down to 1%, preventing sample degradation. The cabinet features thick, transparent, static-dissipative PVC, with static-dissipative interior walls, except for the removable back plenum panel. The material has a slight grey tint and is resistant to common corrosive agents, making it ideal for applications using common cleaning agents. It eliminates static charges and keeps the dry box clean by not attracting air particles. With a surface resistivity of 106 to 108 ohms per square, it provides ESD control without ionization and has a grounding system for electrostatic discharge. The cabinet measures 48 W x 18 D x 60 H, with a stainless steel door frame and hinge, a wire rack for shelving and trays, lift-and-turn latches for easy access, and a single-piece Santoprene seal. The door opening is 23.375 W x 10.125 H, with internal drawer dimensions of 21 W x 15.25D x 1.5H, accommodating a total of 50 stainless steel drawers.
